They say hands-on learning is the best way to turn knowledge into action. The following organizations have been my real-world classrooms for doing just that. Plus, putting my energy and talents toward helping others has been highly rewarding. Through these experiences, I've gained insight into clinical research, school nutrition, community nutrition, therapeutic diets, and education and counseling.
Intern - Denver Public Schools, Food and Nutrition Services
